Yes, communication with customers enjoys high standards at ABEL – Computer. Some of our customers appreciate it when we call to remind them that our technician will deliver their order on the scheduled day. Some of our customers prefer only email notifications. But we also serve customers who do not want to receive any messages or notifications from us. They want us to come by every two weeks, for example, and deliver their full cartridges to specified locations and take back empty cartridges.
Good communication is essential for high-quality customer care services
We do respect our customer’s wishes and requests. Our main goal is maximum customer satisfaction. It is up to you to select the communication method, when and how frequently you want your cartridges picked up and when you want them back. The rest is up to us.
You will receive direct attention from our technician or his assistant. If you wish to change something, you know who to call - your wish will be taken care of in no time. Our task is to spoil you as best we can. The more work you give us, the happier we will be.
